From Wikipedia: Nikola Tesla (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Тесла; 10 July 1856 – 7 January 1943) was a Serbian American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and futurist best known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current (AC) electricity supply system. Please, read this free book about Nikola Tesla. American Institute of Electrical Engineers, May 1888. Listen to New York Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia's Eulogy on Nikola Tesla on January 10, 1943
We organize and support presentations about Tesla’s work and life and we work to implement information about Tesla into high-school curriculum.
Nikola Tesla is an under-recognized inventor who was instrumental to our mainstay system of electricity transfer (alternating current) and made hundreds of significant and groundbreaking inventions in areas of wireless energy, wireless communication, magnetism, radio, x-rays, cosmic rays, radar, robotics, tele-automation and much more.
